Enter 11th Annual Raspberry Festival Dessert Contest

It's time to find your favorite raspberry dessert recipe and enter the 11th Annual Raspberry Festival Dessert Contest.  The First Place and Runner-Up entries in both the adult and juvenile divisions will receive prizes. An overall Best Presentation prize will also be awarded.

The contest will be held Saturday, June 27, 2009, at 7B Ranch.  The public will be invited to sample the entries after the judging is complete and vote for their favorite raspberry dessert.  The People's Choice winner will be awarded $50 cash.

Contest Rules

• Recipe need not be original, but must contain at least 1 cup of raspberries in any form.
• Clearly write or type the dessert recipe, complete with all ingredients, amounts and directions.
• Send the recipe along your name, addess, e-mail address, phone number, and the entry fee ($10 for adults aged 14 and over or $5 for juveniles aged 13 and under to:

• Make checks payable to Raspberry Festival.
• Entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, June 24, 2009.
• A maximum of 20 adult entries and 10 juvenile entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
• Contestants who qualify for the 11th Annual Raspberry Festival Dessert Contest will be sent further instructions.

Entries that do not meet the above guidelines will be returned along with the entry fee.
